FAQ

How much space do I need?

The reformer is 2.4m long x 600mm wide. We recommend a clear area of at least 3m x 1.5m to allow comfortable movement during classes. A spare room, garage, or open living area works perfectly.

What happens to class access after 12 months?

Your 12 months of on-demand access is included in the purchase price. After that period, you’ll have the option to renew at the standard monthly rate of $39/month. We’ll remind you before it expires.

What’s the returns policy?

All sales are final once delivered. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. If your reformer arrives with a manufacturing fault, we’ll repair or replace the faulty component under our 12-month warranty. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

How long does delivery take?

East coast metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 5-10 business days. Regional east coast: 10-15 business days. West coast and other regions: timeframes and pricing confirmed at checkout. All deliveries include tracking.

How hard is assembly?

Most people are set up in under 30 minutes. The reformer arrives mostly assembled. You’ll attach the footbar, shoulder rests, and rope pulleys using the included tools and step-by-step guide. No handyman required.

What does the warranty cover?

12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, carriage, springs, and upholstery under normal home use. This is a home-use warranty and does not cover commercial or shared-use environments. Full warranty terms provided at purchase.

Is the member price guaranteed?

Yes, if you register and purchase before May 15, 2026, you lock in the member price of $3,850 (or $27.95/week via Afterpay). When we open to the public after May 15, pricing will increase.

What props and accessories are included?

Everything you use in a standard Pronto class: 1kg, 2kg, and 3kg dumbbells, Pilates ball, Pilates ring, and box. Total value $427, included free with every Home Studio bundle.
