FAQ
Do I need a Pronto membership?
No. The Home Reformer Bundle is a completely standalone product, separate from any Pronto studio membership. You don’t need a membership to buy it, and buying it doesn’t include one.
If you are a current Pronto member, your membership continues as normal and is not connected to the Home Reformer in any way. The two are entirely independent.
How much space do I need?
The reformer is 2.4m long x 600mm wide. We recommend a clear area of at least 3m x 1.5m to allow comfortable movement during classes. A spare room, garage, or open living area works perfectly.
What happens to class access after 12 months?
Your on-demand access is included in the purchase price. After that, you’ll have the option to renew at the standard monthly rate. We’ll remind you before it expires.
What’s the returns policy?
Once delivered, sales are final. If your reformer arrives with a manufacturing fault, we’ll repair or replace under the 12-month warranty. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
How do I pay?
Pay by card or Zip at checkout. With Zip you can see the buy now, pay later options available to you before you confirm.
How long does delivery take?
East coast metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) is 5-10 business days. Everywhere else is 10-15 business days. All deliveries include tracking, and we’ll send you the details as soon as your order is on its way.
How hard is assembly?
Most people are set up in under 30 minutes. The reformer arrives mostly assembled. You’ll attach the footbar, shoulder rests, and rope pulleys using the included tools and step-by-step guide. No handyman required.
What does the warranty cover?
12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, carriage, springs, and upholstery under normal home use. This is a home-use warranty and does not cover commercial or shared-use environments. Full warranty terms provided at purchase.
Why is the bundle cheaper than buying separately?
On its own the reformer is $3,850 with free east coast delivery. The props and accessories kit is $427 and 12 months of on-demand access is $468, so buying the lot separately comes to $4,745.
The bundle is $3,850, the same as the reformer by itself. The props, the box and a full year of classes come at no extra cost, along with the setup guide and the 12-month warranty.
