Pronto Home Reformer Bundle – Terms of Sale

1. About these terms

These Terms of Sale apply to your purchase of the Pronto Home Reformer Bundle (the “Bundle”) from Pronto Pilates Pty Ltd (ABN 22 668 908 012), trading as Pronto Pilates (“Pronto Pilates”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. What’s included

The Bundle includes:

A studio-grade Pronto reformer
The props and accessories kit (dumbbells, Pilates ball, Pilates ring, box)
12 months of on-demand access to the Pronto class library
A home setup and assembly guide
A 12-month home-use warranty (see Section 8)

Your 12 months of on-demand classes are provided through Pronto Pilates On Demand and are governed by our On Demand Terms of Service.

3. Price and payment

The Bundle price is $3,850 AUD, including GST and east coast delivery. West coast and regional delivery is an additional $350, due at dispatch.
You secure your order with a $385 refundable deposit (10%). The remaining balance is charged when your reformer is ready to dispatch, and we will email you before charging it.
Payment plans are not available for this release.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

4. Orders

Placing an order and paying the deposit is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if stock is unavailable), in which case we refund any amount you have paid.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Australia. Estimated timeframes from dispatch:

East coast metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 5-10 business days
Regional east coast: 10-15 business days
West coast and regional: 10-15 business days

All deliveries include tracking. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

If your reformer arrives damaged in transit, contact us promptly and we will arrange a repair or replacement.

6. Assembly and safe use

The reformer arrives mostly assembled. You are responsible for completing assembly by following the included guide, and for setting up and using the reformer safely.

Assemble the reformer exactly as set out in the included instructions before use.
Make sure you have a safe, clear space to train in (we recommend a clear area of at least 3m x 1.5m).
Check the reformer is stable and that springs, ropes, the footbar and shoulder rests are correctly fitted before each use.
The reformer is for home use by the purchaser’s household only. It is not for commercial or shared-use environments.

7. Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Please read this section carefully. It is important. The Bundle is used for physical exercise on your own, without a live instructor present.

Our classes provide general fitness instruction, not medical advice. Speak with your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any medical condition or concern.
You take part in exercise at your own risk and are responsible for working within your own ability and limits. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptom of concern.
You are entirely responsible for assembling, maintaining, and using the reformer and accessories safely in line with the instructions provided, as well as maintaining a safe, clear training space.
Anyone under 18 should use the equipment only under the supervision of a responsible adult.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Section 9), you accept the inherent risks of unsupervised home exercise and of assembling and using the equipment, and Pronto Pilates is not liable for any injury, property damage, or equipment failure resulting from improper DIY assembly, unauthorised modifications, or failure to perform routine maintenance.

8. Warranty

Your reformer comes with a 12-month home-use warranty, running from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the frame, carriage, springs and upholstery under normal home use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (such as spring tension loss over time), misuse, improper assembly, accidental damage, or commercial or shared use. On a valid claim, we will repair or replace the affected part (subject to your rights regarding a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law outlined in Section 9).

To make a claim, contact us at team@support.prontopilates.com.au with your proof of purchase, your order details, and a description of the fault.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty in Section 8 is in addition to those rights.

10. Change of mind, cancellations and refunds

Before dispatch: you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, including your deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable up until your reformer ships.
After delivery: because of the size and nature of the product, sales are final for change of mind once your reformer has been delivered. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the warranty in Section 8.
Warranty repairs and replacements: where a part or unit is confirmed to be defective under warranty or the Australian Consumer Law, we arrange and cover the associated shipping. If a unit is returned and found to be free of manufacturing defects, you may be required to pay the reasonable return freight costs.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 9), our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss. Where a claim falls outside the scope of the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability arising from your purchase of the Bundle is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, or refunding the price you paid.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. If any part is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
