About The Role
As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing company contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will support project teams by facilitating smooth contract administration, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring seamless execution. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
This role reports to the Group Financial Controller and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Maintain a detailed database of all active contracts, track key dates (i.e. renewals, expirations, insurance, etc.) and ensure timely actions are taken for renewals or terminations.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
- Assist in contract negotiations, working closely with legal counsel and relevant stakeholders to achieve favorable terms for the company.
- Compliance monitoring and manage any updates or changes as needed.
- Identify and address potential risks associated with contracts, recommending necessary changes to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
- Act as the point of contact for contractual matters, liaising with vendors, clients, and other third parties to resolve any contract-related issues.
- Ensure all signed contracts and relevant documentation are securely filed and easily accessible.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance for management review.
- Develop and implement process improvements for contract management, ensuring greater efficiency and accuracy in contract administration.
- General administration tasks and ad hoc reports as required.
To secure an interview, you should possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Process driven
- Strong ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Great problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terms, and risk management principles.

This is a full time position. You’ll work remotely from the comfort of your home with occasional business travel.
