Such an excellent concept. Affordable classes with so many classes throughout the day. The studio itself is gorgeous and classes flow smoothly. Foundation classes have been a perfect level for me as I return to Pilates.

Do I need Pilates experience?

What should I wear?
Comfortable activewear you can move in, plus grip socks. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available for purchase at the studio.
How does on-screen Pilates work?
Expert instructors professionally design, choreograph and film every class. Every movement, spring change and instructor cue is clearly demonstrated on-screen, making classes easy to follow.
Will there be other people in the class?
Yes. Some classes are busy and energetic, while others are quieter. With up to 23 classes every day, you can choose the atmosphere that suits you.
What if I can’t attend Orientation?
No problem. Watch the short Orientation video in the Pronto app before your first class. It covers everything you need, so you can start whenever suits you.
How does the free trial work?
Your free trial is five classes across five days. The five days start when you attend your first class, and you have 21 days to book that first one in. You’re not charged during the trial, though a fee may apply if you no-show or are late to a booked class. If you stay, your membership continues on our Casual Plan, with no lock-in and classes from just $5.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Pause or cancel anytime through the Pronto app.
How do I access the studio?
We’ll send you all the studio access details in your welcome email, so you’re set up and ready to go before your first class.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Plenty of members train with a friend. Invite one through the Pronto app, and if they’re not a member yet, they’ll get their own 5-day free trial. Once they attend their first class, you’ll earn 3 bonus class credits that never expire.
