Pause Membership

To pause a monthly membership, you must provide us 5 days notice using the form below.

You are able to pause your membership for up to two months per calendar year. Membership fees will automatically resume following the agreed pause period if there was a direct debit originally due during the pause period. If there was not a payment originally due during the pause period, your direct debit will be pushed out by the amount of time you paused for.

Cancel Membership

To cancel a monthly membership, you must provide us a minimum of 5 days notice using the form below.

If you choose to cancel an annual membership before the end of your agreement, you will be charged 50% of the outstanding membership balance. Note: there is no refund available for cancelled monthly memberships.

Change Membership

To make a change to your membership plan, you must provide us a minimum of 5 days notice using the secure membership changes form below.
