Pronto Pilates Membership Terms

Please review and confirm that you agree with our membership terms:

1. YOUR HEALTH

  • You confirm that you are in good physical condition and that you are not aware of any medical reasons why you should not participate in Pilates training.
  • You acknowledge that Pronto Pilates is not able to provide you with medical advice related to your physical ability.
  • You acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. You acknowledge that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pronto Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. STUDIO RULES

  • You agree to wear grip socks at every class for your safety and for studio etiquette. That, if you do not have grip socks with you on the day, you agree to purchase socks in the studio via the Pronto app store.
  • You agree to abide by studio values of honesty, kindness and respect. And you acknowledge that these behaviours are the foundation of a healthy studio culture.
  • You agree to use a sanitary wipe to clean your reformer equipment at the end of every class. And to return the equipment to its setup position ready for the next member.
  • You agree that Pronto Pilates will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

3. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

  • To avoid any billing disruption, you agree to maintain up-to-date payment information. Failed payments will result in a $7 administrative fee being charged to your account and your booking rights may be suspended.
  • You agree that, if you exceed the allocated class limit for your membership in any given month, class bookings are still available to you however, you will be presented with an “additional class” fee of $15/class.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your membership. Any changes must be requested using the secure membership changes form on our website at least 5 days before the renewal date of your current membership.

4. CLASS CANCELLATIONS

  • If you cancel a class within two hours of the scheduled start time or fail to show up, you will be charged $7. Cancellations can be made using the Pronto Pilates app or by contacting us via email or phone.

5. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

  • To cancel a monthly membership, you must provide 5 days notice using the secure membership changes form on the Pronto website contact page.
  • If you choose to cancel an annual membership before the end of your agreement, you will be charged 50% of the outstanding membership balance. Note: there is no refund available for cancelled monthly memberships.

6. PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

  • To pause a monthly membership, you must provide 5 days notice using the secure membership pause form found on the Pronto website contact page.
  • If you’re on a monthly membership you are entitled to pause twice in any three-month period, for a total of 15 days.
  • If you’re on an annual membership you are entitled to pause four times in any 12 month period, for a total of 60 days.
  • Monthly membership fees will automatically resume following the agreed pause period.

7. GENERAL TERMS

  • You acknowledge that your monthly or annual membership will auto-renew.
  • We reserve the right to increase studio membership fees by providing you with notice 28 days before your membership renewal.
  • You agree that memberships are non-transferable between individuals and that class sessions cannot be used by anyone other than the person booked into the class.
  • You agree that you are unable to bring unauthorised non-members into the studio, failure to comply will result in a $50 penalty fee. Failure to comply on a second occasion will result in membership cancellation.
  • You acknowledge that unused classes do not roll over to the next month. Unless stated otherwise, your membership commences on the day you purchase your membership.
  • You must be booked into a class to attend. Failure to do so will result in a $7 f.ee. This includes back-to-back attendance.
  • All members must be aged 16 years or older.
  • You agree that infants, children or non-members may not accompany adults in the studio.
  • You acknowledge that CCTV is used in the studio for your safety and security.
  • You agree that you must use your Kisi App to ‘unlock’ the door at very visit, even if the door is held open for
    you, to ensure you are checked in to your class. Failure to do so will result in a $7 fee.

8. PROMOTIONS

  • You agree that Pronto Pilates may occasionally use images of the studio that include you for promotional purposes.
