To enable our expansion plans, we’re searching for a dedicated expert to lead our worldwide property search initiative.
As our Property Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the global footprint of our industry-changing fitness brand.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll take charge of global property search and acquisition, ensuring that we secure high-performing locations for all new studios.
Specific duties include:
- Conducting worldwide research to identify potential commercial properties in our target cities. Including some international travel as required.
- Building and maintaining relationships with commercial real estate agents, shopping centre leasing executives, and other key retail real estate contacts in each target city.
- Refining Pronto’s property selection matrix to evaluate and shortlist potential properties that align with our brand requirements.
- Negotiating favourable lease terms and conditions assisted by our internal legal and finance team.
- Participation in Pronto’s executive leadership team, where your strategies and decisions will directly impact our global expansion.
- Growing our property team and managing the department budget.
To secure an interview, you should possess the following experience:
- Proven 5+ years expertise in sourcing and securing retail or commercial property leases in domestic and international markets.
- A track record of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating properties using specific selection criteria.
- Solid negotiation skills with a history of closing favourable commercial property contracts.
- Ability to adapt property search strategies based on local market dynamics and trends.
This is a full-time, hands-on executive position with flexible, family-friendly hours.
