As the National Studio Success Manager (NSSM), you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, growth, and consistency across Pronto Pilates’ nationwide studio portfolio in the United States.

You will lead a team of Studio Success Managers (SSMs), ensuring they effectively manage their portfolio of studios while aligning with Pronto’s mission, standards, and rapid expansion goals.

This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize studio performance, enhance the member experience, and support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory. Applicants should be based in or near Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SSMs across multiple states, ensuring they meet performance targets and uphold Pronto’s operational standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and quarterly audits to assess SSM and studio performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and an outward mindset within the SSM team.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new SSMs in alignment with Pronto’s expansion plans.

Operational Excellence & Strategic Growth

  • Develop and implement standardized operational processes to ensure consistency across all studios.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all studios, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Construction, Marketing, and Investor Relations teams to streamline new studio launches and optimize existing studio performance.
  • Ensure all studios maintain 5-star member experiences, addressing escalated operational issues as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to drive local and national membership growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with Investor Relations to align studio operations with investor expectations and approvals for maintenance/upgrades.
  • Liaise with HR and the Operations Leader to refine SSM development programs and succession planning.

Expansion & Scalability

  • Support the Operations Leader in strategic planning for Pronto’s growth.
  • Evaluate potential studio locations and operational feasibility in partnership with the Sales and Construction teams.
  • Continuously refine operational playbooks to ensure scalability as Pronto expands.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide monthly reports to the Operations Leader on studio performance, team productivity, and expansion progress.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance member satisfaction.

To secure an interview, you should possess the following:

  • 5+ years in multi-unit operations leadership (fitness industry preferred).
  • Be based in Austin, Texas.
  • Proven success in managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and operational reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, construction processes, and fitness industry trends (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to travel nationally to support new launches and team development.

Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Comprehensive training on Pronto’s proprietary systems, expansion strategies, and leadership development programs.
