Pronto Pilates “Community Membership” Program

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Pronto Pilates Pty Ltd (ABN: 22 668 908 012) of Level 4, 3 Loftus Street, West Leederville WA 6007, trading as Pronto Pilates (“Pronto”, “we”, “us”).

2. Nomination period

Nominations open at 12:00am AEDT on Tuesday 20 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026 (the “Nomination Period”). Nominations received after the close of the Nomination Period will not be considered.

3. This is not a prize draw

Recipients are chosen on merit in accordance with clause 8. Chance plays no part in determining any recipient. Each nomination is individually assessed. No recipient is selected at random, including where nominations are of equal merit. This is not a lottery, trade promotion lottery, art union or game of chance, and no permit applies to it.

4. Who may nominate

Nominations are open to individuals who, during the Nomination Period, are 18 years or older, a resident of Australia, and who personally know the person they are nominating.

A person may not nominate themselves, and may not nominate someone who has asked not to be nominated.

A person may submit more than one nomination, each for a different individual. More than one person may nominate the same individual; where that occurs the nominations are assessed together.

Employees, contractors and directors of the Promoter and its related entities, and their immediate families, may submit nominations but are not eligible to receive a membership.

5. Who may be nominated

A person may be nominated if, at the time of nomination, they are 18 years or older, a resident of Australia, and fall within one of the nomination categories described on the nomination form.

6. How to nominate

To nominate, complete the official Community Membership nomination form during the Nomination Period. The form asks for the nominated person’s name, the suburb or town they live in, a description of that person in the nominator’s own words, and either an email address or a mobile number for that person.

Nominations must be the nominator’s own original work, must relate to a person the nominator genuinely knows, and must not contain content that is offensive, defamatory, misleading, or infringing of any third party’s rights.

By submitting a nomination, the nominator provides another person’s personal information to the Promoter. The nominator confirms that they know that person, that the contact details provided are correct to the best of their knowledge, and that they have no reason to believe that person would object to being nominated. Clause 12 sets out how that information is handled.

No purchase is required to submit a nomination or to receive a membership, and making a purchase does not improve a nomination.

7. The memberships

There are up to 500 Annual Enthusiast Memberships available in total across Australia and New Zealand.

For Australian recipients, each Annual Enthusiast Membership provides 30 class credits per month for 12 months, includes All-Access to every Pronto Pilates studio in Australia, and is valued at AUD $1,548.

Memberships are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Recipients must register for a Pronto Pilates membership and provide a valid payment method as part of the registration process. The Community Membership provides a 100% discount on membership fees for the 12-month Community Membership period.

Where a recipient already holds a paid membership, their 12-month Community Membership begins at the end of their current billing period.

8. How recipients are chosen

Every nomination is read and individually assessed by the Promoter, on:

(a) what the nominated person does for others;

(b) why time for themselves matters to that person now; and

(c) whether that person would be able to attend classes.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Notification, acceptance and activation

Recipients are notified by email by 22 November 2026, to the address provided on the nomination form. Where only a mobile number has been provided, the Promoter will telephone the recipient. The Promoter does not send text messages in connection with this program.

A recipient accepts by replying to the notification email or confirming by telephone. The Promoter then provides the details required to sign up.

A recipient must accept by Sunday 6 December 2026. If a recipient does not accept by then, or cannot be contacted using the details provided on the nomination form, the membership may be offered to the next strongest eligible nomination.

Recipients who are not already Pronto members must activate their membership by Sunday 31 January 2027. A membership not activated by that date lapses and cannot be reinstated. For those recipients, the 12-month period runs from the date of activation.

Existing Pronto members do not need to activate their membership. Their 12-month period begins at the end of their current billing period.

A valid payment method is required when signing up. No membership fees will be charged during the 12-month Community Membership. Late cancellation, no-show and other fees permitted under Pronto’s standard membership terms may still apply.

The Promoter also notifies the person who submitted a successful nomination. All other nominators are advised after the selection process is complete.

10. At the end of the 12 months

At the end of the 12-month Community Membership, the membership will continue only if the recipient chooses to continue with a paid Pronto Pilates membership.

During the eleventh month of their Community Membership, the Promoter will contact the recipient to let them know that their complimentary membership is coming to an end and provide information about the available membership options.

The recipient may choose whether to continue and, if they do, which available membership plan is most suitable for them.

No membership fees will be charged unless the recipient chooses to continue with a paid membership.

The recipient may choose not to continue, in which case their Community Membership will end at the conclusion of the 12-month period.

11. Publicity

The Promoter does not publish a recipient’s name, photograph, image or story, and does not otherwise identify a recipient, unless that recipient has separately agreed to it.

12. Privacy

The Promoter collects the personal information of nominators and nominated people to conduct the program, assess nominations, verify eligibility and provide memberships. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Pronto Pilates Privacy Policy.

The personal information of a nominated person is collected from the nominator rather than from that person. The Promoter collects it this way because the program depends on someone being able to put forward a person who would not put themselves forward. It is used only to assess the nomination and, where the nomination is successful, to contact that person about the membership. Nominated people are not added to the Promoter’s marketing lists.

Where a nomination is successful, the Promoter tells the recipient who nominated them.

Where a nomination is not successful, the nominated person’s information is deleted within 90 days of the acceptance deadline of Sunday 6 December 2026.

The Promoter may quote from nominations in de-identified form. No name, location or other detail that could identify the nominated person or the nominator is published.

Any person may access or correct their personal information, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting team@support.prontopilates.com.au. A nominated person may do so at any time, including before being contacted about a membership.

13. General conditions

(a) The Promoter may disqualify any nomination that breaches these terms, is submitted using false details, or is generated substantially by automated means.

(b) The Promoter may withdraw a membership, before or after activation, where it reasonably believes the nomination was fraudulent, materially untrue, or submitted by or on behalf of the person nominated.

(c) The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the program are final.

(d) If the program cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the program, subject to any applicable law.

(e) Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

(f) These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
