Love this studio and flexibility of class times. I'm new to Pilates so was looking for a studio where I could progress at my own pace. The app is easy to use to book in. Look forward to going every week

Pronto Pilates in Caloundra is a beautiful studio and a really great workout! I prefer the video classes and love how convenient the class times are, it makes it so easy to fit Pilates into my busy schedule. The open/advanced classes are really challenging!

Pronto fits easily into my life, it's flexible and adaptable which means I can stay consistent within my busy schedule. I can challenge myself as classes differ depending what I want or my body needs but always feel energised and stronger. Studio is clean and tidy and the team at Pronto are quick to respond and helpful on occasions when I have needed them.

I adore Pronto Pilates! It's super convenient with soooo many classes throughout the day, I love the variety of classes, the affordability of it, and how much stronger I feel. Couldn't recommend it more highly!
